Shipping & Delivery

1. Ridgeway Goods dispatches orders within 2 business days of payment confirmation. 2. All Australian orders ship with tracked delivery via Australia Post or StarTrack at our discretion. 3. Standard delivery is 3–7 business days metro, 5–10 business days regional. 4. Risk of loss passes to the customer on dispatch. Where an order does not arrive within the expected window, contact us within 30 days of dispatch and we will lodge an investigation with the carrier.
