Refund Policy

Refunds work like this: if you change your mind within 30 days and the product is unused + unopened, we'll refund the purchase price. If the product is faulty or damaged when it arrives, your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply — we'll refund, replace, or repair at your direction. Approved refunds land back on your card in 5 to 10 business days from when we receive the return.
